PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
CUT2ME operates an on-demand marketplace connecting independent hair and beauty professionals ("Stylists") with clients ("Clients"). These Terms govern your use of our platform.
By using the Platform, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms.
CUT2ME provides technology connecting Clients with independent Stylists for hair and beauty services only. CUT2ME does not employ Stylists and is not responsible for services provided.
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Payments are pre-authorized at booking and captured after service confirmation. Cancellation policy: more than 24 hours before = full refund. 2–24 hours before = 50% refund. Less than 2 hours before = no refund.
You agree to treat Stylists professionally. Harassment or abuse will result in account termination.
You agree not to book or accept bookings outside the Platform with users you first connected with through CUT2ME for 12 months.
Stylists are independent contractors, not CUT2ME employees. You are responsible for your own taxes, licenses, and compliance with applicable laws.
Stylists who subscribe to CUT2ME's optional insurance program are covered and display an Insured badge. Uninsured Stylists bear full personal liability for any incidents. Clients are notified of insurance status before booking.
CUT2ME charges a 20% platform commission on service fees. Tips are transferred to Stylists in full with no commission.
Users may not use the Platform for illegal purposes, offer non-beauty services, discriminate, harass, post false content, or manipulate reviews.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS." CUT2ME DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR LEGALITY OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY STYLISTS.
CUT2ME's total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you to CUT2ME in the three months preceding any claim. CUT2ME is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify CUT2ME from claims arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California under AAA rules. Users waive the right to class action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
CUT2ME may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You may close your account by contacting support@cut2me.com.
CUT2ME may update these Terms with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
